Step 1: Document Processing

Our secure web application processes scheduling orders with high accuracy:

  1. Log in to your account at courtsynccalendar.com/app
  2. Upload the scheduling order PDF using our secure, encrypted upload system
  3. Our patent pending technology extracts all dates, deadlines, and party information within 10-15 seconds
  4. Review the extracted information for accuracy (always verify critical deadlines)
  5. Add your client name or a matter reference (e.g., "2024-001 Smith v. Jones") for proper organization
  6. Select which dates to export - you maintain full control

Step 2: Calendar Integration

After processing, you'll download an industry-standard .ics file compatible with all major calendar systems:

Method 1: Drag and Drop (Recommended)

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to your Calendar view
  2. Locate the downloaded .ics file in your Downloads folder
  3. Drag the file directly onto your Outlook Calendar
  4. All events will be imported automatically

Method 2: File Menu Import
